Artist's Description
I don't often go to town, Santa Fe New Mexico, but when I do, I watch for still life opportunities with first-rate light and gorgeous subject matter. This image was captured as I commuted around town between stops. The first object that caught my eye of course was the pure white, sparkling clean, glistening, white Indian motorcycle with all it's fine detail. Next I noticed it's placement in front of the sunlit adobe wall. Being a lover of motorcycles, this scene was perfect.
About Britt Runyon
I am a New Mexico based Adventure Riding/Rafting/SCUBA Outdoor Digital Photographer, always on the qui vive for what Nature and humans provide. Capturing an image in my camera is but the first step in an artistic process. That initial bit of information then can pass through countless permutations before being declared complete. The journey from capture to completion is a lawless territory. If photography is an art, then there are no rules.
