Description
Winter season in the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument is one of the best times for creating images. Driving or hiking along the Rio Grande of Northern New Mexico during or after the snow storm brings out new and different highlights of the Nature that makes this area so unique. The dark colored basalt of the Rio Grande Gorge is a great contrast to the snow illuminated sedges and Red Willow on the river bank.
