Just minutes South of Taos New Mexico, in the Rio Grande Valley, you will find this gem of a spot. Not musk happens here in the winter months but when Summer rolls around it's the hub for visitors, including but not limited to hikers, rafters, kayakers, travelers, birders and hungry folks. They make a great burrito at the cafe. Pilar, New Mexico.
