Rio Embudo Ice metal print by Britt Runyon. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

With winter dropping the daily temperatures the waters of the Rio Embudo transform into it's solid form, ice. Hiking it's banks, I spent more time looking down at the colorful stones viewed through the water and the frozen, crystalline abstraction that floated on the surface, than where I was headed.
The Rio Embudo (meaning "funnel" in Spanish) of New Mexico is a Class V+ whitewater river just South of Taos and joins the Rio Grande at a small community of the same name.
