Artist's Description

As I hiked along the Rio Ojo of Northern New Mexico I stumbled upon a man made pond. With the morning light of Autumn at my back, the cottonwood colors reflected upon the blue water with cattails growing along the water's edge. And there, one lone water foul, an American Coot, feeds, swims gracefully across the still surface creating ripples of color. It was a fine morning.

About Britt Runyon

Britt Runyon

I am a New Mexico based Adventure Riding/Rafting/SCUBA Outdoor Digital Photographer, always on the qui vive for what Nature and humans provide. Capturing an image in my camera is but the first step in an artistic process. That initial bit of information then can pass through countless permutations before being declared complete. The journey from capture to completion is a lawless territory.
